Review: I ordered a glove for a teenager and after it came in over a month later it did not fit him. I called to get a refund and he informed me that "these gloves fit everybody" and would not give me a refund. Now I am stuck with a 250 glove that doesn't fit, and cannot be used. He was very rude and derogatory towards me on the phone. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges and would like to send him his glove back if he agrees with the refund.Desired Settlement: I want him to agree with the 250 refund. I have no problem sending back the glove.

The customer ordered a CUSTOM Baseball Glove made with the leather colors the customer desired and with a name embroidered on the glove. He ordered an 11.5 inch glove which is normally used by an infielder or a pitcher. The customer received the EXACT glove he ordered. It was made with the exact specifications he desired.

Ordered a glove and paid over $400 for it. The laces were the wrong color. I contacted "[redacted]" the site owner to ask why and how they would fix it. He completely ignored me. My son is stuck with a glove that he paid a fortune for ... and it's completely different than what was ordered. BAD BUSINESS.
