Hello, Please see attached proof of all the work we have done for this companyAttached you will find the following: 1) An email sent to him with his Facebook link that we set up and agreed to only manage for monthIf they decided to continue with Facebook they would have to pay our social media price 2) His QR code that was sent via email and via FedEx tracking number [redacted] , delivered on Wednesday, May 28, at 2:pm 3) His final report which since he signed up has had negative reviews successfully removed that violated the guidelines of each directory 4) We also have on file an invoice signed by the owner, in which it states nothing about Facebook, but rather states that he authorizes us to charge his credit card on the 1st of each month and that he realizes this is a recurring charge of $399/monthThe signed invoice also states that if he decides to alter his service, or discontinue service he must send an email to blank days before his renewal date on the 1st of each month Thank you,

Review: a representative call me offering to higher my score on yelp, Google and yellow pages he also offer to make me a QR and a Facebook account after may when I found the we still didn't have a Facebook account and a QR and no results on yelp Google and yellow pages I decided to cancel. then I had [redacted] from customer stay saying she will give me a free month (JUNE) and she was going to send the QR and set my Facebook I say ok but only June then cancel because is not working next thing I know am being charge for July so I call [redacted] and she's saying I ok July month how am going to ok if is not working !!! at first the representative say I will see difference in 1 month than it was 3 months now [redacted] says I had buy a package that's more money in order to work and I need to have more than 3 months that's not the way to do businessDesired Settlement: want my July money that was not authorized $399
