I have been covered by Customcare through my employer since April 2016 and it has been a nightmare. First I never received the email with my log in and password after requesting it many times. I was getting emails back from their customer service people so they had my correct email address. However it turns out they were sending the email to [redacted] and my address is [redacted] Apparently their customer service people don't communicate with their accounts people.
I am unable to submit my first claim to them. They do claims through a phone app where you take an image of your receipt. The app continuously states there is a problem with the image and will not process it regardless of how many times I retake the image. My phone is a new Galaxy ** with a great camera and I deposit cheques through my [redacted] all the time with it so I know it is not a camera image.
They also do not have any weekend or evening phone support so I will be costing my employer money calling them during the business day while I'm on the clock. All in all it has been a pathetic experience.
