Placed an order, was double chargedCalled support and second charge was refundedNext day, charged againCalled support and third charge was refundedNext day...yep, was charged AGAIN and I already have the order! This time called the bank to dispute and make sure it was Newark doing the chargesWill never shop here againWorst of all for them this was a test purchase for our STEM AcademySure glad I decided to test the waters before placing bulk ordersWill be filing a formal complaint as this seems more like a scam to commit fraudIn this day and age its hard to imagine this not being done purposely
Waste of time, do not order from themThey don't have products to ship and blaming to usps or other shipping carriers for their faultThis site must be shut down
I was a fan of MCM Electronics before Newark consumed them and wanted to see if anything changedI ordered a UHF Antenna and a combiner and paid a fair amount for shippingUnfortunately, they decided to ship the antenna in its' own flimsy cardboard box without any protectionWhen received, the elements on one side of the box were bent in or placesI was able to bend them out, but the antenna looked cheap and usedIt worked, but not as well as a smaller antenna it had replacedUnknown if it was due to the bent elementsThe smaller item I ordered could have fit in a padded mailing bag, but they opted for a large box with paper paddingThe smaller item was not fragile at allTheir response is in their T&C's where it states they wash their hands of all damages after they pass the buckThe bigger issue is that Newark does not like negative reviews and refuses to post them, or even respond to why they don't want to post them
Purchased a wireless mic system on 5/10/with my credit/debit card at 6:32pm Pacific Standard TimeAfter installing it, it was determined one of the mics were defectiveContacted Newark Element and was sent a replacement 5/23/Upon installation in July it was determined again, that one of the mics was defective My customer and I were both unable to get the installation done sooner as both of us were unavailable or out of the areaOn July 12, I contacted Newark Element and started the return of the defective itemOn July 16, I received the return shipping label and RMA for the mic systemOn July 23, the item was signed for by Fowler at 10:39am at Newark Elements Gaffney, South Carolina warehouseOn 7/24/at 1:53am I sent an email to Connie asking for status as no pending posts showed on my credit/debit card account as her email to me stated "you will be credited back once we receive the items back to our Gaffney WarehouseAs of this date I got
