As you can see from the photos he emailed to both of us, there are swirls in the graphic This indicates that he applied the graphic wet using a soap and water solution and the water gets trapped behind the lamination and never actually clears up causing a “haze” That is why the customer cannot see out of his window We have used this same roll of vinyl and the same roll of lamination on more than other custom decals so far this month and have not received one other complaint.As you can tell by my email to the customer, I was very sorry to hear of his problemHe also conveniently left out my last two correspondences to him which were:“***, two people here have reviewed your photos but unfortunately that is an installation problem It really appears as if it was put on using solution or that the soap on the window had not dried We are seeing swirl marks which leads us to believe that I don’t want to call you a liar but there is nothing on our end that would have caused that The only thing I can recommend is to leave it on a week or so and see if it clears up“and“I understand your frustration but you bought and received a perfect product We have used that vinyl roll and lamination roll on other customer’s products and have not received one complaint There is nothing that could have gone wrong on our end This unfortunately is an installation problem which we are not and cannot be held responsible for I am honestly sorry that you had this problem and will produce another one at cost for you if you want but other than that, there is nothing we can do “We always try to help our customers when something goes wrong on their end We were, and still are, willing to do the same with him

I realize that the return policy is clearly stated on the website. I thought the business would provide excellent customer service/make an exception and offer a return with full refund since the product was not as advertisedI based my purchase decision on advertising by the businessI stand by that I am entitled to a full refund due to a faulty product/advertising.
