Below is the email I sent to *** XXXXX when he presented his invoice for bee removal Additionally, it has been explained to *** that his unit will be painted as part of the property-wide painting project when *** *** gets to the building that contains his unit We are addressing the painting project from the Northeast section of the property towards the West We cannot stop the project to address ***’s unit out of order and context with the overall project We have assured *** of this numerous times and that all exterior issues at his unit will be fully addressed
Please let me know if you need anything further; including documentation from *** ***, who is the painting contractor for this project

Tina forwarded your email to me, and I hope that I can clear up any confusion on this
As I recall, you reported bees at your neighbors unit We immediately dispatched our contracted pest control service to remove the bees, honey, etc., which they did The HOA retains a pest control company, and the property is treated for general pest control issues and special emergencies (such as bees) as needed ongoing The HOA paid for this bee removal services, and the matter is resolved
Tina then advised me that you are presenting an invoice for pest control Owners are responsible for pest control services on the interior of their units, and the HOA is responsible for exterior perimeters The Association cannot reimburse owners for pest control services that they contract on their own Again, we are under contract with a reputable pest control company for all of the HOA’s areas of responsibility I hope this helps clear this up for you
