Let me start by saying, I'm a local business owner here in summit county for 15 years and I have never been treated so poorly by anyone, most importantly buy an other business owner of a local company. Let me explain, I brought my jeep in to be tinted. They started to prepare my truck. As I walked by the truck I said hello to the man working on my jeep. He didn't even acknowledge that I was alive. So I entered the building to sit down suddenly the door rips open and this guy tells me to get the f out of his building and muttered some obscenities. I was "blown away" thinking its a joke. Not at all he tells to get my [redacted] dogs out of his building because he doesn't want to clean up there hair. He said if I don't like it go somewhere else. So I start walking to my truck and this guy starts yelling and cursing at me to get the f off his property. I grabbed my keys and left stunned by this guy. So I assume this is not a pet friendly store. Also the owner has a serious anger management issue to say the least. One last thing, as I was leaving he yelled, I wont get this done better anywhere else. Hey bro, its tint!!!! a piece of film to be applied to glass! Not like its a boiler or furnace installation. Most importantly you should really be working on your anger issues and poor customer service skills!!!!! Not your one of kind custom tint job on my 2 door jeep that a monkey can do. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not a pet friendly operation. P.S. I have 17 trucks on the road here locally in summit county. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
