We hired Micheal for a reno project in our house. He provided a complete quote in a timely manner with polite communication. He completed the project with a skilled hand one could only expect from an experienced professional installer. He listened to what we wanted and provided exceptional service. Our bathrooms are stunning and he displayed the tile in a creative way displaying it to show off its uniqueness exactly as we asked for. Hes polite hes reliable and he communicates very well so we knew what to expect at each and every stage of the process. Much to our surprise we were able to use the allocated waste in other areas as he was able to install the tiles without much waste at all. That says a lot not only about the product we used but most importantly about his skills. We highly recommend him to anyone that wants honesty and integrity from their professional highly skilled tile installer!

I employed Michael R when I wanted to remodel my three ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms were "functional" but I thought they needed an upgrade. I was thrilled with the result.
Michael also retiled my lower deck and deck outside my master bedroom. And installed ledge stone on the walls. I am beyond thrilled with the work. The deck outside my bedroom had what I considered a bad flaw. When it rained, water pooled right in front of the door. Michael removed the tile and painstakingly made sure the new tiles sloped down so that the water all over the deck runs toward the outside. Pooling solved and my outside deck looks gorgeous.
Michael is meticulous and more, he is a extremely polite and patient person.
I would have no problem recommending Michael for any tile work, remodel or new.
