Custom Sound & Video

I was referred to Custom Sound by ** for appliance repair. [redacted] was very confrontational and unsure if he could make the confirmed time work. He was quick to advise that my issue was not important and could wait for repair. After contacting ** back to find out that there was another company who could work on my unit he was outraged that I had gone around him.

Thankfully another company IS able to service my unit through **, and it will be fixed tomorrow. Avoid working with this company if at all possible.
