[redacted] placed an order for custom cushion covers on June ** in the Faux Leather Black and contacted us June [redacted] complaining that the color they received doesn't match their original furniture which was not purchased from usI spoke with the customer and explained that this is the only faux leather black material that we carry and he did receive the correct order.I mentioned to the customer that our website offers free samples which he did not orderIn an effort to prevent buyer's remorse we offer free fabric samplesWe strongly recommend getting free fabric samples, this way you can see true color, feel the texture, and fabric quality prior placing the orderThis is also noted in our terms and conditions that the customer acknowledge at time of orderThe customer is not entitled to a refund as the items they received were correct and were specifically made to the measurements that they provided.As a courtesy we offered the customer a discount but they refusedThank you

The best you can do is issue a refund for $because is not honest to advertise and hide behind a "no refund policy" to make profitable a business to today I still can't find where you offer "free samples" and it's obvious the color that you advertise as black is in reality greyPlease issue a full refund

I'm attaching pictures of what's offered in their website and what I actually received. You can see how different is what they offered with what I received. I sent the same pictures to the business and they hide behind their "policy" of no refunds un custom made products. This is an abuse towards consumers that pay premium price for a product that I can't even use.
