Chris and his team arrived on-time and were professional throughout the entire service call. As I recently purchased my house, Chris made sure to take his time in explaining how each system works. Very reasonable price for the high level of service.

Would not recommend. No troubleshooting skills. Which resulted in unnecessary cost.

Great service, which can be rare these days. I called him on a Sunday that was the first 80°+ day of the year. I’m assuming I wasn’t the only one who turned their AC on for the first time that day. Cris the owner said that he could “possibly” get someone out to me the next afternoon, but would call me either way. Got a call the next afternoon from Gary, who said he could be there in about 20 mins. I had not stopped working on it myself and was pretty sure I had diagnosed the problem. 20 minutes later Gary arrived and used much better equipment to test the components. My hunch was correct, a contact relay was bad. He had one on the truck, wouldn’t need to go get it. The part, the service charge and the labor were all reasonably priced. He didn’t try selling me on a bunch of services that I didn’t need. About an hour later, my AC was once again blowing cold air.

I would absolutely use this company again in the future and I would recommend them to anybody.

No words can express how grateful and satisfied we are with the service we received from Custom Seasons Heating & Cooling. Waking up to no heat on the coldest day on record was devastating but contacting this company proved to be our God send. Chris was right there to help us and we cannot thank him enough for his quick, honest and professional help, and Gary too...they went above and beyond!! Can't say enough good things about these people and this company and highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs!! Will surely remain a lifetime customer.

Great honest company that didn?t try and sell me extra things that I didn?t need! They worked quickly, cleaned up their mess after job completion and kept me updated as they went along. This was all topped off with them charging me a fair price.

Chris responded to my initial call very soon, came to inspect our unit the next day and identified the problem. We scheduled a repair appointment a few days later - he arrived early and finished the job before estimated amount if time and we are extremely pleased with his work. Will use this company for future maintenance and any necessary repairs.

I want to give a shout out to Chris *** at Custom Season Heating & Cooling! Chris, the owner, came out to install an energy efficient furnace and rerun some ductwork to help increase the air flow to the second level of our two-story house. It was HOT upstairs. Not only was Chris almost $2000 less than the other estimates we were given, but he set himself apart through his professionalism, punctuality, accessibility, efficiency, and integrity. I was very happy with Chris. I got many estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner and Chris gave me the best price. He also put in a humidifier, rerouted a drain pipe off the floor and repiped my water heater. When he and his assistant, Joe, arrived, they worked all day and cleaned up everything before they left. If I need any more heating or cooling work done, I will definitely have Chris do it. I have two golden retrievers who often are wary of people coming in and out of the house, but they completely accepted Chris. I think that is a very high recommendation in itself.
