Company installed fence that has several issues: is not sturdy; nails are coming off boards; fence door frame is broken
Fence was installed in September It has had several issues with nails coming off, door broken, fence boards becoming loose, gaps between boards, etcI have repeatedly tried to contact the vendor over the phone over several months and have not been able to talk to themLeft several text messages to the vendor contact's cell phone -which was responded to saying the vendor will come and take a look - but has never happenedThe issues have been lingering for close to 9-months nowDuring the last couple of months I have sent a detailed email with photos of the issues and followed up over the emailVendor has not responded to them

Gave this company $over two years ago and they have failed to do any work, I have lost text messages but have two contracts with him
I signed with this company in 2016, and then again in when the owner said he was going to do the work, because I called the insuranceHe even submitted a supplemental report to the insurance but has yet to call or do any workEvery now and then he will say he is ready to start but then never does and I cannot get a hold of himI have begged him for my money back $and he refuses to respond to thatHe keeps saying he is going to do the workI have unfortunately lost my text messages with him but have my copies of the contractThe insurance advised that since he already had $to try and work it out with him

We have paid for window screens to be made and installed on the house through this companyOver a month later I cannot get the company to schedule to meet with me and come back out with the product, I must be home to meet with themGutters they installed have buckled and detached from the roof under the first hard rain and are installed improperly in others causing them to sag and not drain at the spoutsThey said they would come and fix it in text message but do not call or answer calls, voicemail is always full so you can't leave a messageRaymond G*** (the owner) has made promises to come fix things but has not followed through
