We at Custom Pools have contacted this customer and have attempted to satisfy his needs via email and phone It was explained to him that a smaller pump was used based on his pool setupWe also stopped work and notified the customer as soon as we realized the bottom was not patch-ableHe notified us to proceed with the tear out and rebuilding of the pool bottomWe added to his pool deck square footage and credited him $for the difference in concrete for the stepsAttached is an email to which terms were agreed upon by both parties regarding these issues We were awaiting the electrician to finish to drop off salt and to program the control panel He has an outstanding balance that he refuses to pay even though we had agreed on terms
