I have been and still am in the hospital.To start Ted, owner, plastered my pool last year. I called his attention to discoloration. He blame us for not brushing the pool. It turned out that it was misapplication of plaster and discoloration. HE TORCHED MY POOL WITHOUT me knowing it. I have been told this is only a temporary fix and will occur again.I should note that for over year when applied they left a stain under a jet. I called there attention to it for since the beginning of this situation. NEVER RESPONDED even after I contact the.-I will send Ted over to look at it. Never occurred.This year Discoloration and as I understand from other professional Spider pockets, etc. Other specialist in plaster has told me that it was misapplied last year. I have other estimates with notes included. I can provide pictures of the dehydration which never goes away and spider pockets, etc.When Ted came out a few months. He said that it was again Dehydration. Also, it will go away, never did. Also the spider pocket is an sign that it was a terrible job. I have voice recording and email that support him saying "don't worry about it, it is covered by year warranty"..."It will go away or we will address the issues".I can proved Emails and Voice Recording if necessary. I am trying to resolve this without legal action which will only expensive.I is going to cost me at $to fix the issues this company has caused
