Custom Outdoor Concepts built a sunroom at my home and it came out perfectly.Each phase of the construction was carefully managed by Frank and if there was any type of problem,it was fixed immediately.The job was completed right on the time it was promised and I have nothing but praise for the whole job.I would highly recommend this company . Thanks for the terrific job.

Review: In mid april 2013, we contracted Custom Outdoor concepts to build a pergola and pavers in our back yard. The work was completed in mid May, once the work was completed we noticed several leaks while it was raining, I called Custom Outdoor concepts to get this resolved, they sent a crew out to repair the leaks, the crew used roofing tape to seal the leaks. this not only looked bad but the pergola still leaked. I called Custom Outdoor concepts again regarding the leaks. They sent another crew out to replace the corrugated plastic roof. about 3 weeks later we had a heavy rain storm, June 29th and I found more leaks in the pergola, along the house as well as 1 leak towards the middle. I emailed Custom Outdoor Concepts along with a picture. they replied back with they will get the issue resolved ASAP, but no one called or repaired the leaks. this has been over a month. I am very dissatisfied with this company's work and customer service. other noted issues - one of the upright pergola supports is skewed about an inch. 2 of the rafters are not 90 degrees.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the leaks, as over time this can and will cause damage to the exterior sheathing of the house.
