I am rejecting this response because:
I accept a $gift card for the shipping and handling fee I paid to return the productThey e-mailed me a $gift card that is not workingI contacted them and they want me to call on FridaySo as of now it has not been resolved

Hi We have contacted the customer directly and resolved the case by first providing her with a full refund for her purchase and also gave her a gift card in the amount she paid for the return shippingThe issue was that the rep the spoke with didn't fully understand the situation and thought that
the product was not damaged just didn't like the productWe later learned after direct correspondence with the customer through email that the product was damagedWe have taken the proper steps to remedy the situation and all is fine nowThank you,
