Review: Unauthorized Service --- On 11/**/2013, I received a bill of $180 for lawn services and leaf cleaning performed during Oct 2013. However, these services are unauthorized.I had been using the company's lawn service staring the summer of 2013. On 09/**/2013, I sent the company a letter with a check of $200 for its service provided in August. In the letter, I notified the company to terminate the lawn service. In addition, I never authorize the company to perform leaf cleaning for my home.Desired Settlement: The company should withdraw and cancel the above bill of $180 for unauthorized service immediately.

Custom Lawns & Landscaping, Inc. at [redacted] has called me today (11/**/2013). The business owner explained the bill for unauthorized lawn service was sent out by a mistake, and will withdraw the bill. The owner has run a good lawn service for the local community for more than 10 years. I accepted his apology and believe the owner will keep operating the business in a good faith in the future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
