The [redacted] were great to work withYes, yard had heavy clay so we added new topsoil with each plant and tree Two bushes died due to too much watering and we replaced them We advised the customer to not water so much We went by times to check on plants before the replacements to let them know everything was going to be fine We may have missed a call but had no intention of ignoring the customer I will be in contact with the [redacted] about the situation to assure customer satisfactionSincerely, [redacted] -- [redacted] *
