Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, I received a call from Mathew C [redacted] on October 24, at 6:pm asking if I would be home and he would stop by and refund the entire $with a check I said I would be home and ok to stop over, he arrived at 7:pm and I invited him in to void the contract He gave me his business check # [redacted] in the amount of $and wrote on the contract void October 24, I went to the bank and cashed the check today 10-25-at 11:am This is now a closed issue as of 10-24-7:pm.Thank you for your assistance in this matter[redacted]

My name is Matt C [redacted] owner of Calvert's Bug Stop pest control the services that was not completed at [redacted] 's home was a result of her contract was miss placed due to the business moving to a new location this is not practice with my company I've contacted [redacted] and not only refunded balance of $for services not rendered but I refunded the total amount of $that was the amount she paid me for the entire year, one service was completed in March I did offer to pay her back and give her free service but she declined the service and I understand.Thanks Matt with BugStop Sent from my iPad
