Thank you for reaching out to us,We did receive an inquiry from the consumer regarding their product and a refund. I've attached our email conversation illustrating our resolve in terms of a remake, however, only one garment was included in the photo sent to present the garments with issues
(why only one was made again). We will gladly remake the order if there were any problems with the new shipment or process a refund should all four items be returned. There has been no communication expressing concern from the consumer since the second package was received, otherwise we would have tried to reach another solution. There was an issue with the quality of the merchandise, and I was not receiving a response from them for an exchange. With your help they exchanged my item, however they still made it incorrectly. I specifically asked for them to put the letting on the hood right side up, and it is still upside down. Also, the fabric on the front of the sweater is supposed to have a football logo on it, however you can't even identify it because it's too large on the fabric. At this point, I just want a refund. Review: My 21 year old son ([redacted]) made purchase with company on 7-10-14. [redacted] has medical conditions that prevent him from following through on this complaint. He has asked me (his mother) to assist him as we pay for his purchases. The order has not been received. Subsequent telephone contacts have resulted in partial reimbursement of approximately $70.00 thanks to employee, [redacted], on 9/23/14. However, office manager ([redacted]) has failed to respond about inquiry on remaining purchases as to why they won't deliver or reimburse for remaining amount.Desired Settlement: At this point, I'd like remaining amount reimbursed and NO MORE BUSINESS with this store.

Review: First, I paid over $200 for 3 sweatshirts and wrote in the note that I needed them by a certain date. I called 2 days after that date to see where they were and the sales associate told me that the date I selected on the website was the date that the store would receive the materials for the sweatshirts, not the date I would receive the sweatshirts. I waited and the sweatshirts came. One was made wrong. I called and asked to speak with the manager but she was on the floor and the person I talked to was determined to handle the problem herself. The sales associate had told me to call back and get the manager. After talking to the woman about my incorrect order, she agreed that the order was wrong and said she would put in on a "rush" and check it herself, and it would be shipped out the 3rd of December. I have yet to receive it and have tried to submit emails online but have never gotten a response. For the inconvenience, whoever I talked to about the incorrect order could only give me 10% back on my order, which I think is ridiculous. Anyway, I gave the misprinted sweatshirt to the person and told her the correct one would be in around the 1st because of the holiday (thanksgiving) and she has worn the sweatshirt twice. She noticed that the letters aren't even straight across the chest, they're off to one side! To make matters worse, the sweatshirt has started to fall apart! There are 3 holes in it and she has not washed it or anything!Update: Just received the "corrected" sweatshirt today (12/10/13) -it was still made incorrectly! I called and was told a manager or owner would call me back; I never heard from them.Desired Settlement: Refund of the specific sweatshirt that was made incorrectly twice.

Review: I ordered a product from them and the outcome was very bad I was disappointed with the results and the way they advertise their products is false. I paid a nice amount for the product so I expected it to come out nice like the preview they show before you purchase it. Their customer service is horrible. I've called them about 5 times, left a voicemail with my contact information, sent them an email, and still no reply. I feel like their business is a scam and based off reviews so do other people. I want what I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund
