I spoke with the business owner today, 6/08/2016.? He said he had mailed the first check but for some reason it did not arrive at the [redacted] home.? He then stopped by the home yesterday and gave them another check for half of what he charged for his service? The business owner said Mr [redacted] accepted? the 50% refund to resolve the matter

The business owner called and said he offered the consumer a refund of $190, which she accepted.
