Custom Frame Solutions

I placed an order with Custom Frame Solutions on June 2, 2020. They charged my account in full on June 3, 2020. After three weeks with no communication from them, I called and emailed to check up on my order. I have since called several times. They have not responded. It has now been 4 weeks. I would like to get an update from Custom Frame Solutions and to have my frame and backing ASAP or get a full refund. Custom Frame Solutions must provide timely professional services or close their doors. This is VERY unacceptable. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
