To whom it may concern In regards to Mr [redacted] desired settlement Custom Auto Body repaired Mr [redacted] 's car as per *** Insurance criteriaAll repairs as listed on the final bill have been completed Mr [redacted] did find an assembly flaw in the rear cover which we repaired asap If there is additional damage that is not listed on the final bill, Mr [redacted] will need to bring to the attention of our claim handler We will have to document damage and do a supplemental request for the additional damage from *** Custom Auto Body has tried to address every concern that Mr [redacted] has had Custom Auto Body Inc [redacted] ***
