There were a couple of failed attempts to make the part for *** No excuses I could have done a better job of producing the part, and a better job of communicating to ***.That said, the part has been successfully engraved As of today, it has been returned from the chrome plater
and is being gold plated and painted It will be in his hands shortly.I meet many customers at rallies and get a lot of handshakes for a job well done It sucks for everyone when a project takes longer than it should & I do apologize to *** for that

I found Custom Engraving LTD at a booth in Sturgis Sd in Aug 2014, Meet with [redacted], Found a custom Firefighter derby cover for my 2011 Ultra he said it they were out of stock on this and it would have to be made when he got back too Wi. Well to make a long story short, They had it done in 5 weeks and had it shipped and in my hands within 6 weeks. This cover is BEAUTIFUL and I cant wait to install it in the spring. would not hesitate too order from them again.
