Custom Electric Cars

The owner sold a golf cart on consignment for me and refuses to send me the payment months after it has sold.
Ray, the owner of the company, agreed to sell a golf cart on consignment for me in March 2019. I signed a consignment agreement on 3/11/19 with Custom Electric Cars. On 8/1/2019 he said he would be sending a check for $1,100 with the proceeds from the sale. I've called Ray to inquire about the status a number of times and to let him know I haven't received the payment. He has blamed his accountant or said that the check was in the mail. Lately he has not been answering or returning my calls. The serial number of the cart is an *** model with serial # ***.
