I had a bad experience where the cornhole boards I received did not match the mock I was sent I alerted the customer rep and they said I could either have a new set of boards or a refund Since they were for a wedding, I opted for the refund, however, they only refunded 10% of the total cost, saying it was company policy to only do a partial refund of that amount How 10% of the cost is viewed as equal value as a new set of boards is beyond me, but now the customer service representative is ignoring my emails and will not contact me anymore to provide further explanation
