Review: We hired this firm to pour a concrete deck at our home. Over the next year or so it began to crack and buckle and requires repair. Unfortunately, we require this individual who has the recipe for the color combination to do the repair. He keeps telling us that he is too busy or that he will find someone else who has the recipes but never follows through. Meanwhile, the deck is deteriorating in the area of the original cracked because water is getting underneath.Desired Settlement: We would like the owner,[redacted], or a representative to whom he provides the recipe for the color mixture to come to our home and do the repairs. We are willing to pay for this but the deck will soon be ruined if the repairs are not done!
