Custom Communications, Inc.

There is a dish network satellite dish on my roof that is loose. I worry every time it's windy that it will blow off and cause damage to my property. I called [redacted] and Custom Communications to remove this dish. They said because I do not have an account with them that they will not remove it. They told me to remove the dish myself. The dish is located near power lines and is connected to the city telephone poles via cables. I do not have the time, expertise, or equipment to remove this company's product from my house. It is dangerous and I want it removed but they refuse.
