I do believe this is one of our customers thoughEverything we produce is hand made and to orderWe don't have any on the shelf partsWhen a customer goes through our checkout online they agree to the wait times, which can be over months at timesUsually the average lead time is weeks

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I said it was my girlfriend who placed the order her name is *** ***It took over 6-months and after emailing then they didn't respond for many days/months and replied once saying they would ship it out a week from that email and it took 3-weeks after the fact for them to ship itWe ordered it beginning of December and just now recieved it about a week or ago

We have no customer by the name of [redacted]. We have no customers with the last name of [redacted] in any of our databases. We can not respond to a complaint that is not from a custom. [redacted] did not place an order with our company.Thanks[redacted]
