Review: We hired Custom Cabinets by Edward's last year to redo our kitchen. The workmanship was bad and the job has never been completed (i.e., counter top never delivered/installed, correct sink never delivered, wood counter top made for island cracked within days of installation, cabinet door for microwave never delivered/installed, molding around kitchen window missing, bread drawer never installed, utensil divider never installed, exhaust fan not properly installed, spice rack not installed, storage rack for pantry not installed, pullout drawer under sink never installed, shelves in all the cabinets are uneven, numerous shelves for inside cabinets were cut too short, sliding drawers to many of the cabinets are improperly installed, most drawers and doors have not had soft close feature installed and the few that were were not installed correctly, splintering on many shelves, hole in a drawer bottom, island not anchored to the floor, air conditioning vents not finished off, and many other items) . We tried repeatedly to contact him by phone and email to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: We would like our complaint registered with the Revdex.com, a replacement island counter top , the manufactures name and paint color that was used on our cabinets, door and hardware for mircowave, storage rack for inside pantry, pullout drawer and hardware for under sink, and soft close hardware for all doors and drawers.
