Customer was originally scheduled for installation on December 8th I spoke with the customer on December 7th to confirm installation for next day Ms [redacted] inquired what needed to be removed from her bathroom for installation I stated since it was a complete remodel everything would need to be removed from work area and there needed to be a clear pathway from the front door to the construction area The next day when the installers arrived it was quickly evident they would not be able to do work in the home since not only had the bathroom not been cleared out but there was so much clutter/collectibles they were unable to enter the house and walk let alone unload construction materials On December 9th, one of our employees along with one of the Company owners went to assist Ms [redacted] in clearing the bathroom and securing a free and clear walk way This was additional time incurred to which we did not charge the customer The installation was then rescheduled and completed on December 11, It was not until the following week when the final payment was attempted to be collected were complaints and issues raised by customer Several attempts on our behalf were made to meet with the customer to assess and rectify any issues or concerns Phone calls from our office were not returned by customer and after almost two weeks another company owner went to the property to see if he could attempt to see issues and fix any outstanding problems but was denied by customer Some of the issues as far as dust in the home are somewhat unavoidable during demolition and construction, while attempts are made to confine all debris to the work area, dust settles in the air and it is impossible to contain it all Ms [redacted] did say she had a cleaning quote of $but would not let us see the quote nor confirm its validity As of today, almost days after installation, this job remains uncollected other then the 1/down payment Efforts will be put forward on our behalf to fix any valid issues as well as collect payment earned Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager

would need to be removed from work area and there needed to be a clear pathway from the front door to the construction area. The next day when the installers arrived it was quickly evident they would not be able to do work in the home since not only had the bathroom not been cleared out but there was so much clutter/collectibles they were unable to enter the house and walk let alone unload construction materials. On December 9th, one of our employees along with one of the Company owners went to assist Ms. [redacted] in clearing the bathroom and securing a free and clear walk way. This was additional time incurred to which we did not charge the customer. The installation was then rescheduled and completed on December 11, 2015. It was not until the following week when the final payment was attempted to be collected were complaints and issues raised by customer. Several attempts on our behalf were made to meet with the customer to assess and rectify any issues or concerns. Phone calls from our office were not returned by customer and after almost two weeks another company owner went to the property to see if he could attempt to see issues and fix any outstanding problems but was denied by customer. Some of the issues as far as dust in the home are somewhat unavoidable during demolition and construction, while attempts are made to confine all debris to the work area, dust settles in the air and it is impossible to contain it all. Ms. [redacted] did say she had a cleaning quote of $900 but would not let us see the quote nor confirm its validity. As of today, almost 30 days after installation, this job remains uncollected other then the 1/3 down payment. Efforts will be put forward on our behalf to fix any valid issues as well as collect payment earned. Sincerely,[redacted]Office Manager
