Regarding [redacted]'s complaint. Her DVDs were mailed out via [redacted] on 10/*/15 and according to her tracking number [redacted], were delivered to the address she provided on 10/**/15. Regarding her email on 8/**/15, she asked if she would be receiving her 30 minute video on DVD to which...

I replied yes. There was no mention of when the DVD would be sent. I do not have record of an email from her on 9/**/15. Furthermore, [redacted] did not pay $799 for our services as is indicated in her complaint. She paid $449.
