Claim filed for freight damage and lack of service in resolving the claim.
Custard was assigned a claim and they have been extremely slow, so far 2 months and still not resolved.
I would like to be reimbursed for damage caused by freight company, that is why I purchased the policy, to protect my shipment.
We deny doing anything inappropriate in handling this claim. Since this matter involves an insurance claim, we do not believe the Revdex.com is the appropriate forum to address the issues raised by the consumer. We are continuing to communicate with the consumer regarding his claim and are committed to resolving it in an appropriate manner.
I shipped my car from the US to Germany through West Coast Shipping, during transit my vehicle's passenger seats were severely damaged because a silicon liquid packet they put during shipping to absorb the moisture burst open and the liquid drained all over my seat. After 6 months of discussion, Custard comes up with a "liquids exclusion". Nowhere in the policy documents I have is it mentioned anything to exclude liquid damage. Are they referring to the Hague rules ? Custard is also not willing to give me a formal denial letter and is dragging this for more than 4 months now. Extremely unprofessional and they fabricate random exclusions to avoid repairing my car. I have all the proof required to show that the damages occurred during transit and have multiple pictures and videos.

Other (requires explanation) I need my seats repaired to the original condition. Either someone comes to repair my seats or I get the money to repair it myself.
We deny all of the consumer's allegations of wrongdoing. The consumer separately filed a complaint with the Michigan Department of Insurance and Finance. We are sending the Michigan Department of Insurance and Finance a detailed response to the consumer's complaint, and we feel the Department is a more appropriate forum to address the issues raised by the consumer. Also, we are continuing to communicate with the consumer regarding his claim.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Custard is not communicating with me regarding my questions. They have intentionally mislead me by providing false information and has not provided me the required denial letter.
We have been waiting for about 5 months as Custard represents *** and *** for damage to our vehicle that one of their trucks caused. We have received limited communication and although both myself and *** in *** reach out a few times a week, we are still waiting for them to fund which appears to be the final fix to get our car running right again. Accident occurred on ***, 2018 so most would agree that more than adequate time has elapsed in order for them to make good on their service of processing the claim especially based on the damage that occurred.

Other (requires explanation) Looking for assistance in getting our vehicle back into the shop to complete all the necessary repairs to get it back to the way it was prior to the accident. Custard is the link to get the appropriate funds to ***.

Contracted this insurance agency through Penske truck rentals. Moved family entire household items from Nevada to Florida and items were damaged. The insurance company offered one price for items after adjuster came to home to review damage. The company rep reached out several weeks ago with an offer and I disagreed with the price they offered for the damage as the price was not to my satisfaction for the damage that occurred. They never responded back to my calls or emails. It has been It has been a month since the one time contact by their representative ***.
Contact by the Business I would like to be contacted by the business and renegotiate the claim asap. Thank you
Our company is an independent claims adjustment company, not an insurance carrier. However, we were assigned to handle the claim at issue. Since this Revdex.com matter was opened, we successfully worked with *** to resolve the claim. Our file is now closed.
