Cusson Automotive has a year / 24,mile warranty that is printed on the invoice. When ** *** was told that her car needed an axle seal she should have stopped the dealer and called usThe dealer should have seen that work had been performed not long ago.After the fact phone calls don't make any sense to any business ownerI will never just hand over money to anyone that doesn't even attempt to call us to discuss what problem they may have at the timeUpon my conversation with ** *** I asked all the right questions about allowing someone to perform repairs on your vehicle knowing that she had paid for this repair months earlierHer response was simple, " you obviously couldn't diagnose the problem correctly and either your mechanics or parts are inferior, why would I go back to Cusson Auto?" Followed by " If you don't do the right thing I will give you a bad review!" It is too bad that ** *** paid for a second seal replacement but This won't come at my expense.
