I purchased a dress and then returned it to curvalicious clothing .
I wanted to use the store credit from my return to purchase another dress.I have made several attempts to contact them with emails and phone messages and I can't get a response back.

I am trying to get the store credit from my purchase and return.
I have sent you emails and phone messages and not received any responses to the inquiry about using the store credit from my return. The customer service department is not responding.It shouldn't be so difficult to get a response back.
I was going to use the store credit to purchase the flirty flounce wrap dress black paisley print size 2x
for $118.00 which is less than the price of the return.
Curvalicious has had the refund money for a long time and now that I'm well enough( after many health challenges) to follow up with you I can't get any information about using the store credit !

3- Please mark the box as RETURN OF GOODS, NOT FOR RESALE or customs will try to charge a duty fee. Curvalicious Clothes cannot be held responsible for duty charges on returns.

I am trying to get the store credit from my return to purchase another dress.
On March 8th, 2018 I ordered a dress lavish lace dress in white, top linden lace top- black and leggings the perfect leggings- black from their sale section which also had an additional 75% off. I received confirmation of the order the same day with order number ***, stating we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. It is now March 23, 2018 and I still have not received the products or any shipment details/email. However, my credit card was billed for the full amount of 108.34$ on March 8, 2018. When I tried to contact the company via email on March 22, 2018, the email was returned as delivery failure, address not found. Their website does not list a phone number or other email with which I can contact them to follow up on this issue. According to their website, Order processing time is betwen 6-10 business days. Orders from our sale section ship within 1-2 business days. And according to my order summary should have been shipped with Canada Post Expedited. With this information I should have my order by now.
I am *** disappointed in this company as a first time consumer and I will not be using their service again. *** I would like my credit card refunded for the complete amount, 108.34$, immediately.
I ordered a dress from this company, SPECIFICALLY because it was Canadian and fairly close to where I live. It has been over 2 1/2 months, and although I paid thru ***, they gladly took my money but I have not received anything. I tried to email them, but I believe the address is fake, as it ends with @mail.com. ( that just doesn't seem right) And of course, it could not be delivered. I left a message on their *** page as well, and no response. ***!!! I am not happy and will be taking this further!
I placed two different clothing orders with Curvalicious Clothes in the fall of 2017, one at the end of October and one at the beginning of November. I have not received the clothes and I have not been refunded through *** my method of payment. I have contacted the company 3 times asking for the clothes or money back and no one has responded. I have screen shots of the clothes and the account numbers if you want to see them. I also have screen shots of the *** receipts. The total cost of the 2 unfulfilled orders is $405.35. Please help me to either receive the clothes or get my money back. Thanks for your help.
I want all of the clothing items shipped to my house or all of the money back.
I ordered a dress SKU *** from this company on Sept 2/17 and orders said 3-6 days is when I was to expect it, I called Sept 12/17 and left a message with no response. I emailed them Sept 14/17 asking if someone could get back to me and I again emailed them Sept 18/17 and low and behold I got a response from them stating they were waiting for a delivery on Sept 22/17 and I would be sent an email with tracking information. I have yet to receive anything further. I emailed them Sept 24/17 inquiring about my shipment and then again on Sept 28/17 and nothing. I also asked *** which is where I sent payment from to step in and help with this on Sept 29/17 and still nothing. I called and left a message on their voicemail Oct 3 & 4/17 and emailed them again on Oct 4/17. I have asked them to cancel and refund me my $168.14 which includes the price of shipping for $$12.20. *** Please help! Thank you Amy
