I went to the salon of this beauty school on November I was getting a permanent I had been there before and liked the student who I had before and asked for her She was not available They gave me another one, telling me that they would assign me to a student that was equally as goodI was there in the salon several hours and when they took the curlers out, my hair was damaged They offered to wash it but I didn't want them to do anything more I left They didn't offer to discount the service A few days later I went back and asked for a refund and they were reluctant to do so, but the person I spoke with said that she would give me my money back, but that I had to promise to never come back
