If it is possible to give zero stars I would have. My initial encounter was pleasant and the young kid was very respectful and asked if he could schedule a time to give me more information. My original appointment was set for 1pm. I messaged him at 10:24 and explained I would need to reschedule. 1:00 rolls around and I got a knock at the door, my youngest was asleep and I didn’t want to wake him by moving. At 1:04 I received a text from Diana stating that Efjay, a different sales representative was there for our scheduled appointment. I text back stating I already said I had needed to reschedule. Meanwhile the guy keeps knocking. My two year old, was standing by the door and he kept talking to him through the door, asking him if his mommy or daddy was home and was generally creepy. The knocking continued till it eventually woke my youngest. I finally go to the door to tell the sales rep to get off my property and a cop was at my front door. The cop was very apologetic and nice explaining that the guy called the cops to do a welfare check. I explained to him that I texted them saying I needed to reschedule and that my baby had been asleep and I wasn’t wanting to wake him by getting up. Efjay then proceeds to yell from his car that he was going to call CPS and all it would have taken was for me to answer the door. The guy was so unprofessional, creepy and inappropriate. I had planned on rescheduling but needless to say will not now. I highly recommend never using this company after my experience.
