Current Finds

I ordered a touchless thermometer on 3/27. After I finished order I received an ad from current finds for 10% off the same item I just purchased. That didn't matter to me but on a later date when I was in touch with the company they claimed to not have my information. On 3/30 I observed $79 withdrawn from my *** account but hadn't received order confirmation. I looked up company online to make contact and at that time I read items may take 10 weeks, refunds can only be done within 10 days, and some items aren't returnable i.e. thermometers. At that moment I tried calling their 24 hour phone number three times but it would just ring and hang up. I sent an email requesting cancellation on 3/30. They got back to me a few days later and said sorry they didn't send confirmation and then a few days later requested my address. At that point I again requested cancellation and return of my money. Haven't received any communications since.

I purchased a inferred thermometer on-line from this company on March 24th and tried to cancel the order on March 25th, they would mot except the order cancelation and proceeded to ship the product , they now tell me that the order need to be returned 10-days from purchase . I did not receive the order for 2 weeks there was no way to return it in 10-days. I would like to return this yet they will not take it back nor can I contact them

I ordered an infrared (no touch) thermometer from currentfinds.com on March 13. I received a standard computer generated confirmation of the purchase the same day. They charged my credit card either the same or the next day. I sent them an email on March 21 inquiring on when the order would ship. I received a standard computerized email that said it often could be 10 or 15 business days until the item was delivered. I went on the web site and after a couple of weeks the site still said "order processing." I emailed them a few more times going over the problem and never received a response to my complaints, only the same email. Normally when I order online they tell me if there is going to be a delay. The email never changed. Finally, the day before the 15 business days for delivery were to expire, I realized that I was never going to get the product I ordered. I cancelled the purchase and requested that the charge on my credit card be reversed. I still have not heard anything from Currentfinds.com, and I suspect that this is a fraudulent company that sells products they don't have in order to defraud unsuspecting online customers.

I am a HR Director for an essential business who is providing critical supplies to consumers. We ordered 4 thermometers from current finds on 3/19 and 12 more on 3/21 to take our employees temperatures when they come into our manufacturing facility. Current finds sent tracking information 3/24 and 3/26, however to date on 4/2 the tracking information still states "label created, not in our system". Which means they never took them to the post office to ship nor was it picked up. In contacting current finds, I keep getting the run around with no true answers. Not sure if they are running a scam or what here, but I am urgently needing them and they are not providing answers other than sending me links to order more. Why would I do that when they arent even sending me what I already ordered? And why would they send USPS tracking information when they havent shipped or been taken to the post office for delivery??

I ordered 2 infrared thermometers from this company on 3/20/2020. I never received a date for delivery. When I went into website to check on it, it said there was no tracking information available. I emailed their support email and never received anything back. They took $160.95 out of my credit card acct.

I placed an order for non contact thermometer on 3/15 online from currentfinds.com.my card was charged the next day 3/16; I received an automated message that a tracking g slip had been created however this tracking number is not valid and no further info available despite attempting to contact via email..the telephone number they gave as contact is *** is not a valid number..I want a refund of my purchase price of 79$ and earn others that this is not a legit business

I had order an item from them in December 2019, I believe it was the 20th, and I have yet to get my item. I have emailed them, because there is no phone number available, twice a week since the beginning of January 2020 and have not yet heard from them. I believe they are fraudulent and just took my money. The item was a gift for my daughters 2nd birthday and im so disappointed I did not receive it nor heard from them.

I ordered an item December 13. I never received shipping notification. I contacted them twice seeing if my item was shipping yet and not lost. I never received an email back. I asked them to cancel my order after no responses and still no response. I feel as if I have had my money taken from me with no item.

Ordered item from current finds but never received item. Emailed them about it and they said it was mailed and returned to them. I told them the address I gave them was correct and I checked the original tracking number they sent me when I received the notice of shipment. The tracking number said Item never shipped. I have emailed the company repeatedly asking for a refund on the non received item for a month with no response. When I received my credit card bill there was no refund. All I want is a refund for an item never received.

I ordered 5 led fishing corks on the internet from current finds. I received them weeks later, they are way to small and want float. They are useless to anyone, they measure 1 and 1/2" long by 3/16" in diameter. They are made of aluminum and when battery added they want float. Even if they would float by themselves they never be able to hold up a hook, line, or your bait. I got on their website and filed out a customer review and filed a complaint. The website will not let the review be seen so others can't be warned of this scam. I've gotten no response from them at all. Everyone should be warned about this company by every means necessary.

Ordered led corks on line, tried to cancel but no one would respond. Got corks today but are very tiny , can't be used , so tiny they can't float and hold up a 1/16 jig head.
They want post my reviews to warn people that the corks are a scam or respond so I can get a refund. So best stay away from current finds all together.

I placed an order with current finds 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive an estimated delivery time or tracking number so I emailed them. They said it could take up to 15 days & then gave me a tracking number for a package that was delivered to another state last year! I emailed them back requesting a full refund or what I paid for. I have received neither, just another email now saying it can take up to 6 weeks. They didn't even bother to give an explanation for the bogus tracking number, just a way to track the bogus number they had already given me.
