Yes I spoke with Ms*** and I explained to her the same thing I explained to her daughter about my store policy storage feeMy policy is merchandise left for more than hours will incur a $**/day storage feeShe explained to me that she brought a Samsung dryer with washerI told her
exactly what I am putting in this letter, if you received the wrong dryer I apologize and we talked on the phone for about an hour concerning the situationI explained to her that I would find her a white glass top Samsung dryerI also told her that it may take a while to find the dryer because she is looking for a specific dryerShe told me she doesn't mind waitingI also told her that I will pay for her delivery again for the dryer and she said okayI am currently still waiting for this dryer to come to the warehouse I deal withI sale used appliances, not new, and it takes a while for the merchandise to come into the warehouse. Ms*** purchased the merchandise is January and did not ask for delivery until August As explained I apologized and let her know we held the items for over months in our storage unit and the items may have been mixed up. She then files a complaint after I held her stuff for months and paid for her deliveryAgain I am a small business and tried to help her and her daughter out but instead they file complaintsI would rather they not purchase from my store gain or call and instead visit a big box store and see if they could get away with what they did
