SPDI charged me over $38.33 for a 2 minute collect call!!! Outrageously overcharged. I'fighting this to the end, will go to state AG next.
SPDI charged $38.33 for a 2 minute collect call- showed up on my Frontier bill. It appears that Frontier is in partner with SPDI. I insisted Frontier remove these charges from my bill and they said they don't know what they're doing and so cant do anything. SPDI = fraudulent thieves. SCAM, preying on elderly and dishonest deceitful practices
I want the outrageous charge of $38.33 credited off my Frontier bill. I never authorized it
