It is never a good experience when we find out that there are extra layers of roofing on a roof when removing the shingles When I found out the problem I immediately contacted the home owner, [redacted] , told her of the problem and that it would cost extra to proceed with the project She in turn contacted her boy friend, Mr [redacted] who called me me They said they couldn't afford the extra cost so we closed up the roof to make it water tightAfter a lot of dissussicion we it was agreed that I would return their deposit less any labor and or material We had $in labor and an $tarpI sent a check made payable to the homeowner, [redacted] in the amount of $1,on 7/6/At that point I considered any business relatiopnship terminatedIt think that Curb Appeal has been more that fair to the customer's conserns Craig SP [redacted] Owner Curb Appeal Home Improvement Co

 She in turn contacted her boy friend, Mr. [redacted] who called me me.  They said they couldn't afford the extra cost so we closed up the roof to make it water tight.
After a lot of dissussicion we it was agreed that I would return their deposit less any labor and or material.  We had $600.00 in labor and an $80.00 tarp.
I sent a check made payable to the homeowner, [redacted] in the amount of $1,250.00 on 7/6/15.
At that point I considered any business relatiopnship terminated.
It think that Curb Appeal has been more that fair to the customer's conserns
