Review: I have a son who is disabled that being transported to home care facility that was picked one hour late on his pick up time. I took a picture of the van so I can get the number to call and confirmed his pick up time and the driver "[redacted]" got really upset why I took the picture, I politely explained that I just need the number and don't have a pen to write. I asked her why she was late and she was angrily explains that my son is not included on her route and when I asked her name she drove off. I tried to stop her so I can get my son back to drive him to his destination myself but she kept on driving. I was so worried about his safety, he is a disabled person that would not know how to react, make conversation or read peoples reaction.. he would not even know or complain if he was being hurt by someone. How can I parent trust a company that employs a driver that are unable to handle this type of situation?Desired Settlement: Don't put this person behind the wheel driving disabled people that are unable to report her behavior in and out of the vehicle.
