As a wedding gift, my family hired Cupid Productions to film our wedding *** *** was our videographer also the owner of Cupid Productions After our wedding on 10/10/15, I initiated contact with *** to see what to expect for a timeframe to receive the finished product, he told us months We did not receive our wedding video until December 2016, over months after his initial projection Every time we reached out to *** via email (he did not initiate contact once to provide an update or request an extension) he would often take over a week to respond In several email responses from *** he would say that he needed additional time and that he'd follow up with us on a certain day the following week That day would come, a week later we still wouldn't hear anything from him and would need to reach out again to follow up When we finally received the video and watched it, the quality is so poor that we could barely get through it Images are blurry, it is virtuall
