Hi [redacted] ,When Mr [redacted] called about the key locks, our sales rep [redacted] submitted a service request to the manufacturer, Jeld-wen, to get the problem fixedAfter numerous calls they ordered in new key cylindersDo to the lead time for the new cylinders, I personally went out and fixed the lock to take care of the customer.There have been numerous problems on this job that have all been resolved, and the customer is still not paying the balance owedWe are being back charged for work someone else did that was NOT in our contract
