Cummins Sign & Light Service

I had a sign repaired by Mr. on April 11, 2018 with a one year warranty. He rarely answers his calls. On the one time he did answer, I scheduled a request for warranty work. He did not show up as scheduled. I called several times and left a text message, which were not returned back on March 25, 2019. Thank you.
