verbal response stated from Cummings Processing in your letterThe fact that I did pay them in full was the only valid partMy previous dissagreement as to me paying $for a special service that I did not receive, in fact, damage was caused to my property through neglect and poor skillCummings Processing not following my instructions and our agreement, cant and will not be accepted as “At your own risk!” I do not have any issues with the shipping aspect of our business other than the condition, amount, and failed completion time agreementAny denial from Cummings Procesing as to why I am dissapointed with how I was treated and their failure to keep our agreement is absurdMy issues with them as well as would like a partial refund, still stands!
