Culver's

The owner, [redacted], was very rude to his workers, I could hear him yelling at them for the simplest things. I've known a few people who used to work there and every day I would hear stories of how much crap he put them through. He fires people for the smallest things. One manager in particular is very rude. [redacted] has a very bad attitude when asking employees to do anything for her. Employees seem to dread working there and there is always a bad vibe when I order something.

Smart Start is ripping people off and theirs is nothing that can be done. I tried getting help from the DOT, but this was useless, they have Jolyn S[redacted] in there back pocket. I tried the [redacted] office and was talked down to, and then I had the phone hung up on me. Jerri M[redacted] is not a nice person, she is actually a very rude person; I complained about her, but of course nothing will happen. The problem is that this company has found was to for people and they basically do what ever they want. If there equipment is bad, you still get charged. I know someday they will get caught, it's only a matter of time.
