Culver's Frozen Custard - Lake Plaza Dr

This place has horrible customer service Went for the first time ever to Culver's on Lake Ave yesterday and ordered my mealThe waiter brought out the wrong meal twice, and was sent away twice, only to have a man come and SLAM a tray down violently and told "for the 3rd time, the kid has brought your meal! take it" I opened the sandwich to show it was not a chicken sandwich but a pastrami sandwich, in which he turned and walked awayNo apology for yelling at me and my guestsWe later found out he is the OWNER, I will not recommend this place or his other Culver's in Fountain to anyoneHe is a small businee owner who has no manners, respect, leadership qualitiesNo one came out to tend to us or tell me the status of my meal, my guests were upset by the scene he caused as were the people eating in booths around usI strongly advise against anyone going here and spending your hard worked for money in support of this guy and his stores
