Culpepper Lumber Co Inc /Ace Hardware

We have shopped with Culpepper/ Ace Hardware in Thomson, Ga. since we moved here 2 years ago. I have always found them helpful and courteous. Recently we were in search of canning supplies and tried several places to no avail. Then we started calling first and Ace was on our list. The young lady who answered the phone was most helpful; to the point that she offered to check the stock herself and call me back. Even though they were out of stock for the product I was looking for, she did just that; she called to let me know it was out of stock. Needless to say I did not get this kind of customer service everywhere else. Kudos to the associate and to the management for their training. I would love to get this kind of service everywhere I shop. Thank you
