Homeowners once wheelchair accessible pathways remain in a unusable state and not as they where prior to the start of the projectBroken unleveled and not properly reconstructed At no point was it ever stated the work was to stop or cancel. Homeowner removed herself from the site and instructed the crew to figure it out as she shut the door, Contractors assumption resulted in a2+ week delay andh the home exposed to theft and unauthorized entryHomeowner still unable to safety enter lower level of home and navigate property

All Concerns are addressed within 24 hrs of notification.

5/23/16 - Due to the words verbally spoken by Mrs. H[redacted] " I am done with this" and the actions of closing her door to my crews, lead me to believe that we would not be completing this job job. 5/24/16 - Written communication was been sent by Levelup stating Levelup will complete the job...
